Beth Greenland provides organizational development consulting and executive coaching to large and small non-profit clients. She has worked for over 25 years providing leadership coaching, strategic planning, leadership training, and consensus facilitation for a variety of non-profits across the country.
Her coaching focuses on working with Executive Directors in transition - those who are new to their roles and those who are completing their careers at their non-profit. She is affiliated with Maryland Non-Profits, the Management Assistance Group, and Compass Point. She has recently developed and implemented a coaching training program for the Child Welfare systems in several states.
Her clients have included The World Wildlife Fund – US, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Sheppard Pratt Hospital, Kennedy Krieger Institute, The American Occupational Foundation and the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust.
She is certified as a Leadership Coach by Georgetown University and has achieved the Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. She is certified as a Somatic Coach by the Strozzi Institute and is pursuing certification in Adult Development-based coaching.
