LEONARD RUBENSTEIN
Leonard S. Rubenstein, JD is a visiting scholar at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He was formerly the Executive Director of Physicians for Human Rights. For over 35 years, he has worked as an advocate for civil liberties and human rights.
