"[Our MAG consultant] knew the philanthropic field and reproductive justice field well...She was very quick to understand what was needed to happen and how to get there without me having to connect all the dots for her...She already knew the challenges were [to collaboration] and what would be useful to help us grapple with them." -Denise Shannon, The Funders Network on Population, Reproductive Health and Rights
- Designing and facilitating high-stakes, multi-stakeholder convenings. We specialize in meetings and conferences designed to bring diverse or unfamiliar parties together. Our focus is to structure participation so that all voices are heard and the convener's objectives are met.
- Delivering customized capacity-building programs for grantees. We work with funders to strengthen groups of grantees. Capacity-building programs can combine diagnostic evaluation, on-site assistance, group workshops, and ongoing coaching.
- Conducting studies and research. We design customized research projects to explore issues of interest to a funder or funder network.

"MAG understood
that while we were all foundation people who
worked on queer issues, we didn't know each
other well and didn't have a sense of being a
part of the same group. They understood the
different personalities in the room and were
able to extrapolate from them to come up with a
framework that worked for LGBTQ racial
equity." – Ellen Gurinsky, The Funders
for Lesbian and Gay Issues
