The Management Assistance Group (MAG) strengthens visionary organizations that work to create a just world. MAG, a 501(c)(3) Washington, DC-based nonprofit, provides organizational development assistance to social justice groups working at the local, state, national, and international levels.
The Management Assistance Group is
seeking an experienced professional Senior
Consultant to ensure the
organization's own institutional health
and vibrancy. The Senior Consultant is to
provide management and organizational
development assistance to MAG clients,
including interviewing, analysis, preparation
of reports, leading or facilitating feedback
and discussion sessions, coaching and guiding
implementation of changes, providing follow-up
help. Where agreed it is necessary, work with
guidance from or in partnership with other
members of MAG’s consulting staff.
