At the Rebuilding Together's 2009 Conference Voices for America's Neighborhoods, Susan Gross will give a workshop  on Seven Turning Points: Leading Through Pivotal transitions in Organizational Life.  This conference attendants include over 250 directors and board members of affiliate organizations.

Rebuilding Together is the nation's leading nonprofit working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize communities with a network of more than 200 affiliates provides free rehabilitation and critical repairs to the homes of low-income Americans.  The Organizational Development Institute was created to improve service delivery, increase visibility, and support structured growth for the Rebuilding Together affiliate network by providing high quality educational programming.
