MAG works most often with fundamentally sound organizations, which seek our help when they are experiencing:
- growth that requires management or structural adjustments
- dislocation or internal stress due to changes in leadership or direction
- confusion about shifting roles and responsibilities
- lack of clarity about what they are about or where they are going
- conflict between managers and members of the staff and/or board
- need for an experienced outside perspective or objective assessment of the organization.
Organizations do not need to be in crisis to benefit from MAG's services, although we do help groups that are facing crisis.
