Consuming less and building community connections take up time in her heart and her schedule. You can find Alison dancing, taking photos, teaching yoga, and eating vegetables from her and others' gardens along with other pursuits of love. Her practices cultivate her connection to the earth, surprise her mind, heal her body, and hone her intuition.
