She has experience with program development, staff and leadership development programs, mergers, organizational strategy, and restructuring. She has also worked to develop branding and communications strategies for nonprofits. She served on the Tenants & Neighbors’ Board of Directors, including acting as the Board Treasurer, from 2009-2013.
Natasha received a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Organizational Development from The New School, where she received an award for her capstone consulting project, an environmental analysis for an international development micro-granting organization. Natasha also holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Macalester College. When she's not at MAG, Natasha can be found exploring her new home, Boston, trying to grow things in her garden, and learning to see the world at the same pace and with the same wonder as her toddler.
