Saúl A. González joined MAG in 2017 and has over fifteen years of experience as a researcher and leadership coach. He has an expertise in program design, leadership coaching, conflict management, and economic mobility.
Saúl has worked as a consultant and coach with a range of social justice organizations and leaders as well as funders. These include the San Francisco Foundation, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, CFED, CFPB, EARN, Asset Networks, San Francisco Federal Reserve, and Samaritan House. He has a passion for bringing balance to organizations seeking systems change.
Prior to joining MAG, Saúl was a program manager for a large nonprofit and spent six years with his private practice in leadership coaching. Saúl has experience with designing large-scale coaching programs across diverse audiences in the United States.
Saúl holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in ethnic studies and an M.A. with a concentration in Organizational Psychology. He is an Accredited Professional Coach from John F. Kennedy University, where he conducted over 80,000 hours of coaching. When he’s not at MAG, you can find Saúl riding his bike and spending time with his family.
